Video One

Recording began about 30 seconds after discovering the construction of a developed garden in the common area. Is webbing going to be installed here as well? The woman in orange never answered the question, "how can you be developing in a common area?" I began recording this confrontation because the lady in orange, Ms. Sorenson, was simply belligerent. This video clearly shows that Ms. Sorenson is developing a planned garden in the Common Area, something which is outlawed by the CC&R's of the neighborhood. I grew up here as a child and can remember when the houses were being built. Most of the houses present today were not yet built. We were always aware that there were strict rules regarding the common areas, that there be no development in the common areas. That the only activities allowed along that line were removal of fallen trees, branches, and other debris which could be hazardous such as the buildup of dry grasses in times when the fire danger was high in the forest. In the process of walking north and downhill through the common area, I was prevented from continuing by Ms. Sorenson's planned garden construction. Neither animals nor people could pass through the area where Ms. Sorenson is standing without causing damage to the work she is doing there. Is she going to install webbing here as well to keep wildlife out of this too? If one CC&R doesn't have to be obeyed, then none of them do. I actually thought she was going to march up the hill and attack me, but the man behind her said something to her and she stops just after she disappears around the tree. I wasn't there to confront her, I was taking a walk in the common area. She did not like my presence in the least, I caught her in the act of violating the CC&R's. I did not know she was there until I walked down there. I waked away and went south (uphill) instead. As video 2 shows, she followed me.
